Project Planner Intern Jobs in British Columbia

Data Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing project-related data to support decision-making processes.

Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus.

Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a very strong grasp on Excel – as our systems are mostly Excel based.

Have excellent customer service skills

Ideally have working knowledge of Quickbooks

What is your experience level with Excel? Would you be considered an advance user?

Have a full G driver’s license.

On occasion, physically assist with booth installations and potentially drive a rental truck (up to 26’ long).

Sound technical capabilities and organizational and problem-solving skills

Well-developed analytical abilities and impeccable writing skills.

5+ years of professional experience with land use or environmental planning, urban design, real estate development, community/economic development, and/or permitting.

Experience in a consulting environment a plus!

Ability to work comfortably as a project manager within a team environment.

Excellent oral and visual communication skills.

A Minium of 20 years of construction planning/scheduling & progress management experience (mega projects)

Extensive experience during execution phase with Oil and Gas/LNG Projects

Proven communication skills and fluent in English

Demonstratable strong technical and analytical skills.

Experience in report writing, editing, and formatting.

High-level of attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Other tasks if you have the skillset (graphic design, visual asset creation [Canva], photography)
