Product Technical Specialist Jobs in Ontario

Strong time management skills and the ability to respond well to time pressures and deadlines

2-3 years of experience in two or more core areas: SMTP, DNS, HTML/CSS, Network troubleshooting, API Log reading, Mobile App troubleshooting

Plus 1-2 years of experience in POS system implementation and troubleshooting

Experience in marketing technology, loyalty program, or digital marketing campaign experience a plus

Curious, investigative nature - skilled at probing and asking questions to get to the core of customer issues

Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues at the application level related to the Punchh SaaS platform

5+ years of hands-on .NET and Web development, including experience as a team lead

3+ years of hands-on Scrum experience

Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework knowledge

Strong SQL Server, Postgres, T-SQL and database design (Stored procedures, database normalization, indexing, query optimization) skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Mobile development experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Work closely with senior Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Experience operating within a remote work environment is helpful

Previous working experience as a technical product manager or Product Owner for 3+ years (s)

Create detailed requirements for new or improved features

Above average at prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Strong expertise in agile product management

3+ years with web technologies and technical product Management

Strong knowledge/experience with a wide variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in the development of business applications

Strong knowledge/experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS and Azure

Strong knowledge/experience with system architecture and design patterns

5+ years of experience in product management/development; experience in security product management is an asset

Escalation Management for issues within their portfolio

Set and manage pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

Engage with stakeholders at different levels internally to manage the development program (i.e. technology, IT, leadership, etc.)

Drive innovation and simplicity - ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements, standardization, and enablers to improve product experience.

Experience in business case development

• a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or other similar degrees,

• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, and

• experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
