Have you specified systems requirements for a technical system in the card payment industry?

Translating product roadmap initiatives and business requirements (features) requests into workflow diagrams, epics, functional requirements(user stories) with acceptance criteria.

Facilitate technical requirement reviews and joint application design sessions.

Understand technical implications and impacts of requirement requests.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of residential & light commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems, with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Develop training curriculum aligned with business requirements, including creating training presentations, materials, and other necessary documents.

Provide regular updates to the Residential Business Manager BC.

Hold an HVAC Mechanic, Technician, or other relevant certification related to the HVAC field.

Have a valid Certificate of Qualification in Refrigeration.

Exhibit good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline in addition to project management certifications

5+ years of relevant work experience in technical product management in a software applications environment (preferably robotics)

Working knowledge of Project Management Tools (for example, MS Project, Trello, Jira etc.)

3+ years of experience managing efforts in real-time and distributed systems on-premise and/or in the cloud

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate technical solutions with internal and external partners

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience as a business analyst with strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modelling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills

Experience with project management (planning, monitoring, and reporting)

Working with product management, development, and other departments to actively remove blocking issues and ensuring program is on schedule

3-5 years of experience as a technical product manager or product owner

Creating and maintaining requirement artifacts (use cases, data models, flow charts, etc.)

Collaborating with other TPMs, architects, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase
