Must have 2+ years of professional experience as a visual effects or post production coordinator in VFX

Working knowledge of VFX production and post-production pipelines,

Work collaboratively with the production and creative teams on all stages of production pipeline

Participate and take note during daily reviews and production meeting

Ensure artist’s work is approved and completed on time with VFX supervisor’s specification

Minimum of 2 years Production Management or equivalent professional industry experience

Previous Disney, agency, production or project management experience preferred

A keen interest in Animation Production Management and the Animation production pipeline is essential

Education or professional experience in animation a plus

Minimum 2 years of experience in a project support role, preferably with an ICI General Contractor or subcontractor.

Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability successfully drive multiple projects concurrently. Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Experience in pre-press production management with a strong understanding of print and production processes.

Knowledge of print production. Experience working in direct mail.

Degree or post-secondary diploma in a related discipline or a combination of education, training, and experience.

Work closely with designers to coordinate deadlines and help manage work flow.

Manage campaigns through the timeline, including liaising with key stakeholders, approvers, and creative team.

3+ years of Production Lead/Supervisor/Manager experience leading small production teams

Must have excellent customer service skills and experience with client-facing activities
