Reading a production plan including tickets and labels

Using a glue gun and fastening tools

Manages all time constraints for assigned tasks and adheres to project deadlines.

Instrumental in improving the training curriculum for less experienced assemblers and can provide guidance.

Strong electro-mechanical assembly skillsincluding troubleshooting and reworking.

Experience using power tools with sufficient manual dexterity is a plus.

Knowledge and use of Calipers and Micrometers for measurement.

Soldering skills are a plus.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Experience working within a quality management system

Maintain quality-assurance documentation within our ISO13485 quality management system

Assist our production team with inventory management activities

Thorough knowledge of welding practices and techniques

Previous experience Pipe Fitting and Pipe Welding

Competitive wage ($43.00 - $45.00 / hour)

Consistent day shift schedule (Monday - Friday from 5:00am - 1:30pm)

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout requirements

Experience in blueprint reading, measurement, problem resolution

Assist with assembly and installation of pipe/tubing/hose for air, water, and gas systems

Assemble main air and water drops and run supply lines to equipment from main drops

Help tube or hose fixtures, material handlers, robots, weld guns, conveyors, and more

Responsible for learning table bending, hand bending, thread pipe, groove pipe, PVC pipe, layouts, and component assembly

Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Welbilt Code of Conduct requirements

Actively participate in safety training and demonstrate competency by effectively resolving safety issues or bringing them to the attention of management

Knowledge of range assembly and processes

Inspect product to conform to quality, engineering standards, and customer requirements

Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Load, unload, lift, and move materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available.

Learn to read assembly plans

Is passionate about her work and takes great pride in it.

Enjoys learning and doing varied tasks

Experience: 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Review Pack lists and drawings

Transfer data to excel and bartender

Determine how many boxes/skids are needed for orders

Build packages that will be used in assembly

Review and interpret guard drawings

Minimum 1-2 years' related work experience
