Pipe Assembler Jobs in Quebec

Build wiring harnesses according to drawing, schematic and work procedure requirements (routing boards).

Perform soldering work according to work procedures and drawing and schematic standards and requirements.

Perform manual or mechanical braiding according to work order requirements.

Read and interpret drawings, schematics and electromechanical assembly diagrams.

Crimp different types of wires and cables of various dimensions using different contacts, lugs and splices.

Install cables, wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies according to markers, cabling diagrams and cabinet drawings.

Experience in assembly of many complex and diverse products

Prepare the assembly station as per requested on the production order slip

Test and verify that the lock works properly as per specifications

Repair the defective locks by reassembling them or by replacing some of the parts

Identify the defective components and complete the reject report

Report difficulties and malfunctions or deviations on the assembly line

Salary between $20 and $25 per hour depending on experience, with an evening premium of $1.00 per hour

Competitive salary according to experience. Previous years of experience are taken into consideration

Experience in a similar position - an asset

Excellent knowledge in reading plans

Construct sub-assemblies of parts and structures, aircraft components, such as aluminum extrusions, fiberglass laminates and various materials

Prepare and schedule materials required for production

Learn to read assembly plans
