B.A. or B.A.A. in Early Childhood Education with 3 years’ experience or E.C.E. diploma with 5 years’ experience in group care.

Demonstrated flexibility and excellent problem-solving skills to meet the day-to-day requirements of the position

Effectively manage Collective Agreements in force between Macaulay its staff and providers

Provide leadership to ensure the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Smoke Free Ontario Act are met

Experience with Integrations of CRM and other systems

Experience training future users of the systems

Pay: $115,000 -$120,000 plus bonus, benefits and extras

At least 5+ years of experience as a manager of teams building them up and advancing their capabilities

Strong AWS knowledge including DevOps, Kubernetes, Application Performance Management in Cloud

Strong people management experience including hiring, performance management and organizational strategic management

10+ years of experience in Software Development / DevOps

Previous experience implementing new technologies and products

Experience building our Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps optimization standards

Demonstratable leadership abilities, organizational skills and budget management.

An ITIL certification with experience working in healthcare.
