Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Coordinates and participates in career fairs.

Assists with the generation of various analytics reports and HR metrics.

Supports positive employee and labour relations by providing advice and guidance to employees.

One to two years of experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-4 Years of work experience in a retail environment.

Supervisory experience is an asset.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills.

Strong planning, organizational, time and priority management skills with the ability to work on multiple objectives with tight timelines

Help assist with a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the Food and Beverage Management Team

Enforcing company standards and policy and escalating to management when needed

Deliver prompt and efficient resolution of shortfalls and improvements needed to the Food and Beverage Management Team.

Pro-Serve Certification required. Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol

Knowledge and experience working in Food and Beverage

Complete administrative work on shift assigned by management, not limited to collection of KPI statistics, assisting with team management projects, etc.

Manage scheduling process and ensure that headcounts are covered for all operating tables.

Fill in shift reports, prepare handovers to colleagues or direct manager.

Complete First Aid level 1 training and obtain the certification.

Fluent verbal English language skills

Ensure that all staff are present for the shifts and live tables operate with no interruptions.
