We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff, such as croupiers, shufflers. Floor Supervisor offers support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Leaders to resolve any staff issues related to scheduling, studio décor, technical issues
• Supervise the execution of daily planned activities such as card changes, Roulette wheel maintenance etc.
• Supervise the activities of the Shufflers and is responsible for shufflers rotations in the studio, as well as dealers table assignment
• Constantly report to shift manager on duty irregularities that can be fixed during planned Studio maintenance/downtime
• Remain up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and games strategies
• Maintain a list of pending studio issues if any and ensure proper hand over of pending tasks to the incoming Floor Supervisor
• Address Studio Incidents that may occur in a timely manner to ensure minimal interruption to live games
• Suggest measures to improve overall client experience
• Ensure that the Live Studios are operating effectively as per the required standards

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Demonstrated sound decision-making ability, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work across shifts in a 24/7 work environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills
• Prior experience in the online gaming industry would be an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where time is of the essence
