• Although not mandatory, knowledge of telecom operations is beneficial

Experience with working and supporting Dispatch and Field Service Management (FSM) Applications is an asset.

SAP Certification in Logistics PM-CS or EAM or IS-U modules or several years consulting experience is highly desirable.

Develop an understanding of and provide support to Operations in:

Support troubleshooting issues and provide end-user assistance to support business units.

Bachelor’s Degree – Applied Sciences with a minimum of 3-5 yrs directly related experience leading line operations.

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams

Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills are required

Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills a must

Positive outlook with a strong work ethic required

Strong knowledge of Good Document Practice requirements & ALCOAC+ standards

Manage TMF portfolio level initiatives (i.e. process change/development) with CRO(s)

Manage assigned portfolio TMF related ongoing activities (i.e. TMF QC schedule maintance, TMF storyboard maintenance)

Assists with and deliver TMF process education efforts

May manage or mentor junior staff members

3-5 years experience with clinical development processes

Attending status meetings with clients, project management and suppliers

Ensuring adherence to Vista Quality Management System (QMS)

Actively stewarding change management for their discipline activities and impacts to other discipline activities

Self-motivated and efficient with time management

Maintaining current knowledge of industry and regulatory standards

Reviewing vendor or subcontractor quotations, drawings, and specifications for technical adequacy and conformance with project requirements

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Coordinate event set-up logistics and communication with clients.

Review order details to be loaded for events.

Deliver and/or set-up equipment at events.

Driver's License. Access to a vehicle is not mandatory, but advantageous.

Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles

At least 5 years of experience in Process, Operations or Risk management

Skilled knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

Lead large strategic initiatives and overall business management activities for Reg Ops processes

Elevate high profile issues/risk to Compliance and business management for prompt resolution
