Previous experience or knowledge of plumbing and building products

Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience

Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business acumen

Knowledge of the construction industry

Competitive base salary - $60000 - $85000

Have warehousing experience: 5 years (Preferred)

You have proven leadership, problem solving and team building skills

You have excellent communication skills (verbal, written and group presentation skills)

You enjoy working with computers and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

You have a strong Workplace Health and Safety background; WSIB and First Aid Certification (Preferred)

Responsible for developing and executing a revenue management strategy to increase the financial performance in the aquatic centre

Establishes and monitors attendance management goals within the group; meets with employees to address and resolve attendance problems.

Responsible for overseeing the patron / customer experience and developing a system for tracking / evaluating this process.

Develops and implements new programs utilizing the aquatic centre training facilities in conjunction with the Manager, Aquatic Programs.

Ensure day to day operations are consistent with mandate, structure, resources and revenue requirements of the unit.

Liaises with community stakeholders and local enforcement agencies (RCMP, Fire, Campus Security, etc) to ensure effectiveness of event operational plans.

Maintain knowledge of new product/service offerings and emerging technology supporting meetings and events.

Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience.

Thoroughly research and understand customer history and previous experiences, in order to create more personalized customer experiences.

See the Big Picture by supporting the sales forecasting efforts at home location, ensuring they are accurate and submitted timely.

Bachelor of Business Administration or 1+ years of ENCORE or equivalent experience required

1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred

Recruit, manage, develop and train top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused

Maintain an effective and open line of communication with District Manager.

You have at least 3 years of leadership and or supervisory experience leading a in a customer experience based store environment.

High School graduate or GED equivalent. Post Secondary Education is an asset.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
