Demonstrated expertise in strategic business planning, financial and operational planning and reporting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business process engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Planning, or related Real Estate field.

Developing and deploying Site Standards in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Property Management;

Enhance current apps to facilitate best in class property management and transparent reporting;

Support the asset management team with strategic information and recommendations with regard to Smart Centre’s properties;

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels / departments within the organization;

Strong presentation skills at department and Executive levels;

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience with customer service relationships and delivery mindset

Coordinates access to Pfizer senior leaders as necessary based on customer requirements/circumstances.

Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in policy development, operational/business planning, and change management.

Extensive change management experience includes process design and implementation, with proven success in managing change initiatives and resolving complex issues.

Lead, develop, manage, and advance MODC’s comprehensive policy structure and collaborative compliance framework, includes operating policies and procedures roll out.

Act as a resource to leaders and senior managers researching and advancing policy and compliance best practices.

University Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in business or related field; Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification an asset.

In-depth knowledge of key policy areas, compliance standards, principles, and processes.

Managing professional development, compensation, succession planning, performance management, budgeting, etc.

Has expert-level knowledge and skills within a specific technical area or professional discipline, with a basic understanding of related areas

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience

Has knowledge of the business fundamentals of the industry environment within which STEMCELL operates

Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee the management of multiple facilities projects from concept to completion within large, complex, multi-site organizations.

Demonstrated initiative, judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Minimum four years of relevant finance work experience 

Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)

Strong interpersonal skills developing personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., Commerce, BBA); CPA preferred

Leading efficient and effective budgeting and forecasting activities (complex and time sensitive, cycle driven and continuous forward look approaches)

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability 

8+ years of progressive project management experience, handling projects with cost savings in the range of $1MM - $5MM

Lead research of and deployment of workforce management and productivity solutions such as automation and AI enabled tools.

Strong impact & influence abilities including sound insight and judgment into business; solid ability to employ creative problem-solving skills

Assess scope, build plans, build efficiencies logs, architect holistic solutions,manage resource implementation of solutions, track progress and go live activities

Review and manage departmental budgets for Operations ensuring variances are followed up on and addressed

5+ years of transformational change experience including strategy development and initiative execution

Manage companies in stock replenishment programs for fabric and finished goods.

· Work with sales account managers to plan sales “bottom-up”

· Work with CEO to establish overall financial targets for sales, margins and inventory.

· Establish performance metrics, goals and scorecards for Sales, Margin, and Inventory.

· Work directly with Sales, Buying, Merchandising and Manufacturing Teams to ensure corporate financial objectives are achieved.

· Approve all markdowns, promotions and OTB changes.

Well-developed communication skills: the ability to communicate complex data challenges and insights to an executive level audience is a critical qualification

Proven track record of achievement in the management of teams in a data-driven agency environment

A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a focus in media or digital

Extensive experience with statistical modelling techniques

Experience in the development and execution of data strategies for a highly complex client.

Strong presentation skills and personal presence

Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management and change management skills; and

Ability to effectively utilize a variety of software applications to support the initiative management activities.

Demonstrated senior leadership expertise, including the ability to lead and manage all areas of a large complex planning process;

Knowledge of other health care disciplines and their role in health care.

Strong ability to lead and manage diverse project teams.

Sound working knowledge of planning concepts related to service delivery, budget and staffing.

Experience in strategic planning, risk management, project management and change management

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset

Effective management of communications with the sponsor/owner, other business stakeholders.

Completion of a degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent

Leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse group of project specialists and consultants

Expertise in leading change and ensuring effective risk management analysis, status reporting and issues management processes are in place
