Perform routine maintenance on oil burners, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed

Troubleshoot and repair oil burners to ensure proper functioning

Conduct inspections of oil burners to identify any potential issues or hazards

Identifying and presenting value-driven opportunities to improve profitability at both individual asset and regional levels.

Evaluating growth project proposals and joint venture offtake arrangements.

Assisting in the development of technical evaluations and economic justifications for Capital Programs.

Ability to effectively communicate with peers and management.

Assume a mentoring role, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to fellow LP personnel.

10+ years of industry experience within sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related fields.

Showcase five years of dedicated experience in addressing technical safety and fire prevention engineering matters.

Professional Engineering licensing/certification/registration in Fire Protection Engineering is highly desirable, as is an advanced degree.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

10+ years of experience in the refining and/or petrochemicals industries, including at least five years in process modeling and techno-economic assessment.

Experienced in refinery and petrochemical flowsheeting (PFD and P&ID), and equipment sizing and capital cost estimation.

Highly skilled in developing mass and energy balances using various analytical techniques and calculation methods.

Knowledgeable about standard refining and petrochemical processes (e.g., fluid catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, reforming), and utilities processes.

Experience with R&D projects, process development, lifecycle analysis, and/or scale-up is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments.

Participate in the reviews and evaluation of the capabilities of Engineering & Construction contractors, suppliers, and project management related service providers.

Provide expert advice and guidance in project planning, project execution, and/or project control.

Work closely with project engineers and other project professionals to provide work direction and guidance.

Develop and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality.

Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures on an as-required basis.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.

At least 10 years of field experience involving major plant turnarounds, field troubleshooting, and inspection.

In-depth knowledge of best engineering practices, coupled with a strong background in industry codes and standards.

Conducting field troubleshooting on a daily basis or as required.

Participating in major Turnarounds & Inspections (T&Is) and emergency plant shutdowns.

Developing and reviewing mechanical inspection procedures and best practices.

Writing recommendations and reports related to mechanical inspection activities.

Having strong management and coordination skills.

Analyzing and monitoring the use of refinery Management of Change (MOC) on a daily basis, and conducting MOC audits.

Having a minimum of 15 years of experience in refining, oil and gas plants, or petrochemical industries.

Possessing strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of process safety engineering.

Having a working knowledge of oil and gas-related plant processes.

Having substantial experience in data collection and analytics to improve safety concerns and provide advice for enhanced safety performance.

Issuing quarterly benchmarking reports that analyze KPIs, provide insights, and offer recommendations for performance improvement.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the refinery industry.

Possess at least 4 years of experience in Hydrocracker units and 2 years in Hydrotreating units.

Experience with UOP/Chevron licensed facilities is preferred.

Providing support services and troubleshooting manufacturing issues as they arise.

Assisting in enhancing product quality and reducing production costs.

Consideration will be given to individuals with other combinations of education and technical experience

Fundamental knowledge of liquids pipeline hydraulics and/or operational experience with oil, refined products or hot bitumen

Depending on qualifications, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more appropriate level and/or ladder.

Handle and implement customer requests/changes consistent with facility capabilities, connecting pipeline limitations and quality principles

Understand Oil Pipelines' capabilities and coordinate responses with connecting parties upstream and downstream

Two (2) years’ experience in operations or related experience

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (minimum requirement).

Recommended to have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Assist in front-end planning and prepare reports for management support.

Evaluate contractor schedules, assess contractor's scheduling capabilities, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and planning brownfield projects at Oil & Gas industry facilities.

Possess certification in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Gantt Charts, and resource planning using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).

Possesses a Fundamental Engineering (FE) certification and is recommended to have a Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.

Knowledgeable in international standards and best practices such as API, ASME, ANSI, etc.

Knowledgeable in rotating equipment shop and field repairs/maintenance.

Provides day-to-day technical support to operations and maintenance, troubleshooting rotating equipment related issues.

Develops, evaluates, and reviews rotating equipment engineering designs for reliability enhancements and required modifications/upgrades.
