Resolve project management problems related to mechanical expertise, including project planning deficiencies, quality defects, schedule delays, and potential cost overruns.

Conduct special studies in the field of Project Management.

Participate in reviews and evaluations of Engineering & Construction contractors, suppliers, and project management service providers.

Develop project proposals, including defining project work scope and schedule requirements.

Manage contractor activities for detailed design drawings, material specifications, procurement, and construction bid packages.

Review and approve project work, ensuring a safe design based on internal standards, industry practices, and personal experience.

Manage GES design contractor activities during the Pre-FEED & FEED stages, defining project work scope and schedule requirements.

Define scope and estimate costs for change orders and assist the PM or Company representative in the change management process.

Stay updated with international procedures for project phases, engineering phases, bidding procedures, procurement processes, construction requirements, and best practices.

Possess at least five years of field experience, including construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Exhibit a dynamic attitude towards project improvements and cost savings. PMP Certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Follow schedule management best practices.

Demonstrate proficiency in using ORACLE Primavera software version 15.2 or later for schedule development and management.

Complete resource loaded schedules to ensure productivity standards are incorporated into the schedule.

Collect timing data to plan and schedule the entire scope of work.

Collaborate with Design Consultants, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contractors to develop baseline critical path schedules and progress measurement systems.

Prepare presentation materials to communicate plans and schedules to the project team and stakeholders.

Ensure all reporting and processes are in compliance with applicable government requirements

Liaise with the Commercial Services department to ensure all reporting requirements are accurate on a monthly basis

Two or more years of related industry experience

Demonstrable strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and communicate business analytics

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience working with Petrinex for government reporting

Experience 9 years in handling project proposals, including the development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition, cost estimation

Estimates costs, prepares justifications, and completes expenditure requests as required.

Leads the activities of project proposals, including the development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition, cost estimation, etc.

Leads project execution for project proposals, initiatives, studies, and continuous improvement of solutions and problem solvers.

Plans, schedules, and provides work direction for the preparation of designs, processes, reports, correspondence, and related data.

Ensures efficiency, adequacy, and conformance to overall objectives of challenging engineering problems.

Review and assist in developing scope-of-works for the company's projects/studies (e.g., Road Safety audit, Traffic Impact study, Temporary Traffic Management, etc.)

Knowledge and experience of using international standards such as AASHTO - Green Book, HCM, HSM, MUTCD, and ITE & FHWA guidelines

Enhance TSSD - Engineering group staffs' technical capacity by establishing proper training and developing efficient processes for knowledge sharing/transfer

Have 15 years of experience in Traffic Engineering, Highway Design, Transportation Planning & Traffic Safety Studies

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Recommended to have experience in processing invoices and reporting utilizing various SAP transactions and applications.

Prepare, review, and monitor cost commitments and expenditure forecasts for Oil industry projects.

Initiate funding for preliminary engineering and monitor Project Proposal and Expenditure Request Estimate development activities.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (minimum requirement).

Recommended to have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Assist in front-end planning and prepare reports for management support.

Evaluate contractor schedules, assess contractor's scheduling capabilities, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and planning brownfield projects at Oil & Gas industry facilities.

Possess certification in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Gantt Charts, and resource planning using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).

Minimum of 18+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years of intensive experience in oil production specialty.

Experience working in oil fields with a concentration of 15% or higher of H2S (hydrogen sulfide).

Experience in both onshore and offshore environments and familiarity with smart well completions.

Monitor daily drilling and work-over activities to ensure appropriate completion practices are followed by the rig.

Monitor production performance, identify anomalies, and recommend engineering solutions.

Conduct production optimization activities to ensure reliable and optimal well performance.

Skills in developing and rolling out performance initiatives, including benchmarking, risk management, processes, and workflows.

Coordinating and consolidating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process within Upstream BL.

Analyzing periodic performance and preparing management reports using plan, actual, and forecast data to enable effective performance management.

Completing ad hoc report requests from management and following up on action items.
