Previous experience using the Radiology Information System (RIS) and EPR experience preferred.

Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.

Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Medical terminology (pass mark 75%) required.

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Access) required.

Six(6) months experience in the Health Records Department of a hospital OR

One (1) year related clerical experience.

Grade XII or recognized equivalent.

Keyboard Speed - 45 wpm.

Ability to work in a Windows operating environment.

Ability to read, write speak and understand English.

Successful completion of a recognized Medical/Surgical Office Assistant or Health Information Management program preferred

A combination of education and experience may be considered

One (1) year experience in a hospital Health Records Department required within the last two years OR

One (1) year medical office experience required within the last two years

Experience working with both electronic and paper health records preferred

Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required

Computer training with knowledge of Windows environment and experience with MS Office Suite of applications.

Knowledge of accounting process and mathematical skills an asset.

Recent experience with office equipment including transcription/dictation equipment, computers, fax machines, and copiers.

Completion of a Medical Terminology Course or demonstrated comprehension, knowledge and competency of medical terminology essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.

Grade XII graduate as recognized in the Province of Manitoba.

Coordinates timing of temporary staff assignments with the Management Team and supervises, trains, delegates, evaluates and oversees their work as required

Acts as the first point of contact for students applying to the teacher education programs

Admits updating candidates and Diploma students in Education specializations, upon receipt of approval

Works with the Department of Language and Literary Education on applications received for French options, including the French proficiency assessments

Participates in Recruitment activities to support recruitment and retention of students to teacher education programs Document Control and File Maintenance:

Provides general administrative support to the Program Managers Practicum (elementary and secondary)

Experience in education, coaching and performance management an asset.

Baccalaureate of Nursing preferred or a combination of experience and other advanced education considered.

Assumes responsibility for own professional growth and development by maintaining clinical knowledge and through continuing education.

A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years recent experience in contact centre telephone triage required.

Past clinical experience in Emergency Department or Community Health an asset.

Experience with multiple software applications preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Will ensure all menu items are prepared efficiently to standard and customer requirements.

1+ years' experience in a similar position

A Journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification.

Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High level of interest in food and a keen interest in the culinary arts

AEMCA, or A-EMCA pending as of 2023

Valid CPR and First Aid (Level C)

Valid G class driving licence.

Ability to lift 250+ lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner.

Must be able to read and communicate in English effectively.

Possess clean driving record and provide a copy for personal file.

Previous experience and recognizable skills in personnel management.

Experience and demonstrated skills in conflict resolution.

An extensive background and demonstrated skills in public relations training.

A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Capable of demonstrating skills in verbal and written communication.

Displays high levels of positive energy, self-confidence, professionalism, and leadership skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; and/or a combination of education or relevant work experience.

Remote camp environment working 15 days on and 13 days off rotation.

Excellent communication skills: written and verbal skills, listening skills, proven attention to detail, and ability to develop good working relationships.

First rotation will be one week in.

Fly in and out of Edmonton airport.
