Demonstrable experience with northern Indigenous peoples, Indigenous-led research, Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Aboriginal Law, or Indigenous studies.

Strong background in project management, budgeting, and financial tracking.

Attend relevant events, conferences, etc. to enhance knowledge or represent the Committee and Foundation as needed.

Knowledge of northern research and conservation approaches, and of the linkages between research, conservation practices, and biodiversity outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple demands and competing priorities with a minimum of direction.

Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks

Work remotely from the comfort of your own home

Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade products and services

Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team and ensure resolution

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Swift and accurate typing skills (20+ words per minute)

3+ years of sales, and/or account management experience preferred

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of opportunity to suggest new solutions and/or enhancements to existing contracts

Liaise with the Operations and Shared Services teams to coordinate their involvement in delivering service and support to your customers

Communicate new product and feature launches, upselling existing growers on digital solutions and managing grower revenue

Completion of post-secondary education in office administration through a business school or college (combination of education and experience may be considered)

Completion of the Canadian Payroll Management Program an asset

Salary Is Commensurate With Education And Qualifications.

Grade 12 education or equivalent

Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in a computerized payroll environment

Thorough knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet

Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.

Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.Relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.

5+ years of B2B outside sales experience in lieu of medical/dental experience.

Demonstrated professional sales, territory planning & execution skills.

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Grade 10 or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
