1-2 years of digital marketing and graphic design experience.

Knowledgeable in social media websites – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Design high-usability web pages to meet the business requirements, including adhering to official languages and accessibility standards

Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

Assess the impact of new requirements on existing web applications

Develop code based upon design and requirements documents

Conduct and document impact assessments of new requirements on existing web applications as directed (daily activity)

Minimum of three (3) years of work experience supporting web applications using the two (2) following technologies:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design

Proven work experience as a Web Developer, ideally with experience in designing and developing responsive websites and web applications.

Strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and SEO.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Software Requirement: Wordpress/ WIX/ Elementor or Other Web Development Applications

College Diploma or Certificate in a related field — Web Design, Web Development, IT or comparable work experience

Good level of graphic and web design knowledge

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Dreamweaver is an asset

Developing good understanding of the surveillance software used.

Receiving field operations and IT Setup installation and system configuration information through the SalesForce.

You have an understanding of user behaviour, and an interest in studying and optimizing our audience experiences.

Refining the design of our website to optimize for user experience, conversions, and our visual identity.

Your skills and experience include:

Designing modern, polished and responsive experiences for all screen sizes and devices.

4+ years of experience creating responsive UX and UI designs.

Experience collaborating with developers to deliver custom experiences on budget.

A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience delivering web solutions and an ability to explain what makes them successful.

Experience designing custom WordPress websites for both English and French.

Experience working with or in web environments utilizing similar skill sets, an asset;

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Muse, Animator).

Knowledge of typography, colour theory and design;

Knowledge of WCAG standards on accessibility to ensure technical compliance;

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills;

Design work for all services for print and digital channels, including brochures/collateral, signage, social media, web graphics, and other digital assets;
