Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Motion, Animation, Interaction or Graphic Design or equivalent design-related field

4+ years professional experience as a UX motion designer or similar design role

Help manage library of photos, videos, graphics, and media assets to be used across all our marketing channels

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers, Product Managers and RA QA to collect and implement feedback for final approval

2-3 years professional-level experience in a graphic design role

Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately

Strong language and proofreading skills; attention to detail

Creating and maintaining tech packs and Bill of Materials Data (BOMs)

3+ years of relevant work experience in design (apparel industry preferred).

Knowledge of other Adobe CS suite of programs.

Knowledge of design principles: including color, layout, typography, and hierarchy.

Advanced writing skills with superior vocabulary; ability to express yourself and excellent grammar.

Design original artwork for theScore and theScore Bet apparel, including graphic art, print design, and apparel marketing designs (eg. brand patches).

Determine size and arrangement of layouts on material based on designs.

Minimum five years' professional experience in motion design, animation and graphic design in an advertising or in-house environment

Demonstrated ability to build complex design packages and presentations as well as experience with branding

Extensive storytelling experience using 2D and 3D motion design

Superior communications skills both oral and written

Extensive experience with design for social media and digital platforms

Experience working in a complex organization
