Overview A Member of the Board of Directors is a senior-level executive who is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the organization. They are responsible for setting the organization’s goals and objectives, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s management team. Detailed Job Description A Member of the Board of Directors is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the organization. They are responsible for setting the organization’s goals and objectives, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s management team. They are also responsible for monitoring the organization’s performance and ensuring that it is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they are responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s success. Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level management position.
