Project management experience related to social media & community marketing campaigns

Acting as a liaison between community management and marketing when needed

The ability to 'lead' even if not within a people management role

2 or more years of social media experience, including direct experience with advertising

Experience with assessing performance of paid social media advertising campaigns

Experience planning online events for gaming brands/studios, including but not limited to charity events and contests

Management, leadership, and overall accountability for a team of 2-3 direct reports at various levels of experience and responsibility

Management of and reporting on department scorecards, and rectifying situations where metrics are constantly lagging behind goals

Identify, evaluate, and manage the implementation of new software / tools to enhance internal media processes and planning capabilities

Flag process issues within and across functional teams, and collaboratively identifying and implementing solutions alongside leadership and other team managers

Collaborate directly with key clients and Account Managers to create media plans

Manage the team in executing against media buys and updating administrative tracking sheets related to media bookings, PO’s, contracts, payments, etc.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer experience management platforms is an asset

Sales team design and management in a digital execution is highly valuable

2-5 years of experience in digital sales experience

Experience in digital service technical design is an asset

Experience with performance reporting and sales forecasting required

Experience working with a variety of cross-functional teams

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset.

2 years of professional experience in project management or in another relevant domain.

Contribute constructive feedback to management team as part of the performance review process.

Manage customers’ expectations and ensure customers’ satisfaction with GoSecure services.

Liaise with account managers and accounting team to establish onboarding timeline and deliverables for new clients.

Develop monthly reporting methods for any assigned client based on clients’ needs and requirements.

Superior relationship management skills including ability to engage in strategic conversations with all levels of management

Manage initial and ongoing account launches

Experience within managing retail accounts, background in CPG or prepaid/gift card industry is a bonus

Experience analyzing sales reports and identifying trends

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Preferred level of education/certification - High School degree or higher

Applying market knowledge with provided guidelines to judge the relevance and intent of task information for your market

Experience/know-how of Apple products mandatory

What are the main requirements for the job?

Evaluation of many different task types including Music, Video, Books and Podcast judgements across media domains

Research using online tools to determine and judge the intent and accuracy of queries

Responsible for German entity accounting and finance operations including but not limited to:

Prepare monthly cash-flow requirements for the Group.

Liaise or assist in German legal entity regulatory requirements with auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.

Professional Accounting Qualification - CPA or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills. Be able to provide concise and frequent updates to the Group..

Excellent knowledge of IFRS and German HGB

Lead Media Operations including, budget management, stewardship of media buy, proof of performance and budget actualization

3+ years strategic media experience preferably with multichannel national advertising client

5+ years of project management experience

Knowledge and understanding of digital product development, implementation and management

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge is desirable

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices is desirable

Providing project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for I&IT initiatives

Coaching and implementing Agile methodology (Scrum) and project management phases for the development and implementation of the solution into Production
