Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly.

Manage material certs and AS9102 reports

Assist Quality Manager in assigning, monitoring, and verifying Corrective, Preventive, Supplier, Complaint and Audit Follow up Actions (referred to as Actions).

File shipping and receiving documentation

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential actions and implementation.

Maintain a variety of data by entering new and updated information

Be a role model by following and re-enforcing safety, ESD, ITAR & QMS protocols

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory controls, including monitoring inventory levels, analyzing inventory turnover, and conducting periodic physical inventories.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of Ready Mix, Aggregates, and Asphalt processes.

Option for Hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desired.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.

Experience in Visual, or another ERP system is preferred

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Maintain records including required files, databases, archive files etc. to support sound production records management.

Work with the Production and Project Managers to ensuring materials are on hand at production/project start.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Experience in SAP considered an asset.

1-2 years experience working in a lab environment specializing in genomic assay development and manufacturing highly desirable
