Participate in business development programs within area of specialty to enhance product knowledge

Registerable as the Branch Manager under the applicable securities legislation

A minimum of 8 years of mutual funds and operations experience within the financial services industry

Effective communication and customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to support the building of strong relationships with diverse groups of people

Experience in financial management, including analysis, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.

Experience, knowledge and/or training in virology, immunology, or related area.

Oversees and manages the development and implementation of the communication portfolio associated with the program.

Oversees and manages the social media activities to increase public awareness of the program .

Identifies and pursues strategic opportunities for communication and education.

The Manager of Operations overseas, manages, organizes and coordinates symposia, conferences, workshops, etc., whether in person or virtually.

Proven experience in accounting, administration, human resources, and office management;

Ability to work in a complex environment, with competing priorities and deadlines, and excellent time management skills;

Assists management with the preparation and processing of grant applications;

Oversees all facility management activities and liaises with facility landlords;

Maintaining up-to-date professional skills and knowledge through formal and informal training;
