5+ years of maintenance and engineering experience in a managerial role

Demonstrated ability to improve parts management and purchasing

Track and manage the maintenance budget.

Effective interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

Experience with change, communication and knowledge management methodologies

Experience in implementing Asset Management principles and best practices across multiple sites

Providing training of site personnel to support Asset Management programs including hydrocarbon management and condition monitoring

Act as site champion for Asset Management programs

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical diploma, or equivalent industry experience

10+ years’ experience in engineering/engineering management, preferably in a pharmaceutical/FDA-regulated work environment

Experience with freeze drying and low dose (<1ml) liquid filling technology is a plus

5+ years’ experience leading others on project teams, interfacing and influencing at executive levels
