Manage the parking locations under his/her responsibility, under our mandate as set out in management, or lease agreement

Ensure that Accounting Dept has all necessary information (on time) to prepare client invoices for labor and management services

Manage all internal/external policies for each location

Manage all service contracts related to each parking location, under his/her responsibility

Assist General Manager and Operations Manager with the annual budgets for each parking location

Specialized knowledge, experience, and current tickets for operation of equipment, such as skid steer, wheeled loader and forklift

Previous experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team effectively

Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Perform regular landscape maintenance and snow removal duties

Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

3-5 years of previous work experience from retail construction, facility management &/or real estate is an asset

5-7 years of previous management experience in a distribution environment with proven leadership abilities.

Diploma or degree in operations management, business, or a related field.

Experience in oil & gas, compression, or transportation logistics would be an advantage.

Medical device and/or wound care experience preferred

Conflict management skills with the ability to reach satisfactory resolutions effectively and expeditiously among all involved parties.

Minimum 3+ years in management at a plant facility.

Proven experience and proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Drives the alignment of our production processes towards maximum efficiency, customer service levels, inventory turn goals and capacity/utilization/staffing requirements.

Identify and fulfill training needs including mandatory compliance training, maintenance of certifications, standard operating procedures, and new/revised processes/procedures.

Applied knowledge in the development of operational plans and budgets.

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) required

Millwright or similar skilled Tradesperson certification preferred

Oversee all production requirements in the facility

5 – 7 years of experience in a supervisor role preferably in the automotive environment.

Post secondary education in Engineering preferred

Experience with automaton equipment required

Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software

Manages the distributor channel by facilitating communication among distributor, referred OEM’s, end users & VAM’s and Regal Rexnord Business Units.

Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Strategic Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, Vertical Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists

Leverage Regal Rexnord’s ease of doing business tools to enhance customer experience

Manage Channel and Potential Conflict among Multiple Channel Partners

3+ years outside technical sales; P.T. & bearings industry experience preferred.

·At least three (3) year’s experience as a manager ideally in the same industry

•Manage and oversee both individual and teams of cleaners at various onsite client locations.

•Evaluate, coordinate and assign cleaning tasks based on need and skill level.

Implement and lead an effective performance management system and staff development plans.

Manage the Recruiting and On-Boarding process for all new employees including our one-day Rev up Program.

Manage the Performance Review process by running monthly status reports to ensure completion.

Schedules require training for employees and follows up with employees and managers to ensure training is completed.

Supports hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and providing support where needed.

Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.

Significant experience of relationship management with evidence of positive impact and achieving outcomes, including conflict and resolution management.

Track record of contract management, including experience of identifying, escalating and resolving risk
