Deliver category management implementation engagements

Category Management (including strategic sourcing for direct & indirect categories)

Supplier Management, value chain risk management

Advise clients on  leading practices, insights and trends across the Procurement function in various industries, leveraging the PwC’s global network experience

Manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting

Support the development and delivery of training and share knowledge from across the global network with our team

Support the implementation of Procurement performance (risks management, financial productivity, top-line benefits, CSR impact) and regional compliance with IP process handbook;

• 10+ years’ experience in procurement including subcontractors, supply chain, logistics or materials management

Interface directly with business partners and vendor/contract managers

Oversee and support vendor/contract managers in execution of business-led initiatives assigning internal support resources as necessary.

· Experience in radioactive waste management, preferably in a decommissioning environment.

· Robotic and or remotely operated equipment experience is an asset.

· Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize and time manage.

· Good understanding of change management and contract management concepts.

Manager, Manufacturing, Testing and Operations

· Demonstrated experience interpreting and understanding of complex project schedules.

Understand supplier management (managing technical, schedule, commercial, and terms and conditions compliance)

Addresses the requirements of the various stakeholders, balancing the business need, the commercial value and risk mitigation

Be reasonably experienced (at least 5-7 years) in assigned category/categories (all aspects of Services Procurement).

Have knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices

Supports the development of the category strategies and annual category plans for assigned high value/high complexity/high risk category/categories

Supports stakeholder demand planning and reporting activities for assigned category/categories

RFx, vendor management, project management experience

Manage and conduct full sourcing process for various projects-Marketing, Facility Management, SVC, Business service, etc.

Guide internal teams on best practices as it relates to contract and vendor management
