What You Need To Know

Complete administrative tasks to help the Management team, boardroom scheduling, catering and support the branch operations team on a daily basis

Manage the filing for all branch operations related reports and documents, oversee branch retention of documents in accordance with internal controls

Co-ordinate with Advisor/Branch for any client events, manage invitations & logistics & event execution

Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
