Minimum of 10 years of experience in property assessments (Mass Appraisal System experience ideal along with municipal assessment experience).

Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Property Assessment Services Branch including planning, program/service operations and financial decisions.

Lead the dynamic planning and development of the departmental plan, setting branch objectives, policies, and procedures.

Prepare and present defense of the assessment role at the Board of Revision and Saskatchewan Municipal Board.

Skills Required For The Role

Formal DWP disability analyst accreditation

Government legislation requires at least 1-year post-qualification work experience.

Currently and fully HCPC registered with a valid licence to practise in the UK.

Manage and maintain daily operation of warehouse

Create resources and support the sharing of resources and relevant data with the languagesector

Coordinate the sharing of specialized expertise and support resource mobilization andnavigationwithinthesector

Experience in use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content

SALARY: Competitive Salary bases on qualifications and level of experience ($74,000 to $102,00 annually)

Requirements: - Must have or are working towards the Accredited Municipal Assessor of Alberta (AMAA) designation.

- Must have a minimum of 3 years assessment experience.

- Experience working with CAMAlot.

We are presently seeking to fill the position of a permanent Full-time Assessor.

- Ability to mentor junior assessors.

Stay professional and empathetic and manage conversations with participants who become upset or frustrated during the rating process

Relevant clinical research knowledge preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data entry

Proven experience in OHS or auditing qualifications or compliance management is preferred

2 years of experience in applying Food Safety and OHS principles in a retail or food manufacturing environment

Knowledge of various compliance frameworks and legislation

Training in second language acquisition, socio-cultural variables in language learning and the teaching of the four language skills.

Theoretical understanding of and practical experience working with appropriate stages of the Canadian Language Benchmarks/Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens.

Knowledge of core banking principles and practices

Experience in Profile Scripting Language (MUMP, PSL)
