Experience or certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience in application containerization or container-enabled app development for Kubernetes (or similar) environment is a must

Experience in Implementation of container apps environment, container enabled apps, and deployment of the containerized application is a must

Familiar with and experience in Open Source development environment, Open Source development tools, Open Source DevOps tools, Open

Familiar with or experience in the Red Hat environment, Public Cloud (AWS or Azure) environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

3+ years of experience in a similar role; Industrial material handling experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Produce an approval drawing and receives approval through interaction with the Project/Quote Coordinator, Customer, or outside sales.

Evaluate all applications to ensure they meet corporate guidelines or apply engineering risk assessments where no guidelines exist.

Responsible to have approval drawings peer reviewed (by fellow Application Engineer) prior to sending to sales or the client.

Ultimately responsible for ensuring engineering calculation tools are applied to projects (and gets secondary review completed by a fellow Application Engineer).

Assessing new data ingestion requirements by working with source data teams/SMEs and the internal data eng senior engineers

Documenting business domain knowledge in team’s online wiki/confluence

Prior experience with telecom would be great asset

Designing, planning and aligning on ingestion pipeline solutions including tech/tools available in the Google Cloud platform

Data modelling using existing team-built dbt framework

Bug fixes and delivering new feature requests for existing etls

Manage projects and clients from conceptual design to final completion

Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience relevant to the role.

Experience in API management tools, e.g., MuleSoft API Manager (preferably)

Incident and Problem management, Major Incident Response experience preferable, Project Management, Business Process management

Host both technical and managerial conference calls, and facilitate effective incident management throughout the incident lifecycle

Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing meaningful data analysis reports to senior management

Strong attention to detail, keen problem-solving skills, with experience performing impact and root cause analyses, recommending solutions, and supporting resolution efforts

O Manage stakeholder expectations and update people on progress or slippages
