Manage Windows Update deployments and patching using patching software

Manage daily backups using Veeam/Windows

Manage medium to large scale projects and implementations according to budgets and schedules

Provide guidance and mentoring for less experienced members of the team

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Microsoft SCCM infrastructure – application and patch delivery and management;

Proactively managing infrastructure to ensure capacity, availability and stability are maintained as per firm business and technical requirements.

Related College Diploma or professional certification.

5 - 10 years IT working experience working administering networks and enterprise applications.

Working knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN infrastructure and TCP/IP routing, storage and virtualization.

The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience installing and supporting hardware and software

Extensive experience with administering enterprise infrastructure equipment including

Familiarity with ITSM tools, knowledge of ServiceNow, is a plus

Experience interacting with end users in a high profile environment

Infrastructure in a corporate data center environment

Administers patches according to Vulnerability Management Standards

The following are minimum qualifications and/or experience for the delivery of the Services.

The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:

Identifies and manages enterprise infrastructure performance bottlenecks

Designs and implements middleware software, maintenance and support requirements

Using process improvement methods to manage work and streamline processes

5+ years’ experience in infrastructure and security

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Platforms and Technologies including Window Server, Hyper-V, and Databases

Strong technical knowledge of cloud services platforms such as Office 365, Azure, and Intune.

Strong technical knowledge of Linux/Unix Platforms and Technologies

Strong technical knowledge of HP servers, SAN’s

Strong working knowledge of Powershell

Requirements elicitation, analysis and management

Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills

Technical analysis and preparing presentation of recommendation to management

Develop technical requirements for IT tools and processes

Business requirements to detailed technical requirements with fluency to enable IT technical teams
