Lead Commission calculation cycle with management of inputs, adherence to deadlines and execution of payout commitments

Experience with compensation structure, commissions, and payout of benefit programs

Meticulous attention to detail is essential to ensure the accuracy of data management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with prioritization capabilities

Provide monthly and quarterly commission accrual entries to Finance

Ensure regional legal compliance of all incentive payouts (terminations, contractor requirements, parental leave, EI, etc)

An advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and has strong analytical skills.

Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
