Overview Hospital Managers are responsible for the overall management and operations of a hospital. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including budgeting, staffing, patient care, and quality assurance. They must ensure that the hospital is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Certification in healthcare administration is preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and patient safety.
• Knowledge of human resources management.
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
