Degree or Diploma in related discipline (e.g. Transportation, Planning) with at least two years transit scheduling or dispatching experience

Experience dealing with consultants, landlords, realtors, building officials, and other authorities having jurisdiction

Technical knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building and Fire Codes and AODA

Experience in the control and monitoring of project costs/budgets, request for quotes, authorization of progress payments, and construction contract administration

Experience in mechanical, plumbing or electrical project design and project coordination is preferred

A minimum of one (1) year of of administrative experience preferably within a a high-paced, high-volume, healthcare environment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated knowledge of KRONOS ESP staff scheduling system preferred

Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows

Confident problem-solving and communication skills

Successful completion of one (1) year of a Community College program, preferably in office administration, human resources or related business discipline
