Permanent Part-time Days and Evenings

Answering all resident call bells and door alarms promptly and provides courteous service.

Completing all aspects of resident care as outlined in the plan of care and care assignment.

Transporting residents to and from their rooms, recreational activities, health office and dining room as required.

Performs daily computer data entry, generates reports, keeps accurate records on all cash, receipts, and disbursements.

Excellent oral and written skills are essential

Assists the general public with questions concerning animals, adoptions, licensing and other related shelter information.

Makes arrangements, appointments and host shelter tours.

Maintains logs for "pet wish list" and lost and found pets.

Maintains inventory of shelter supplies and equipment.

An outstanding teammate with strong interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in the hospitality field preferred.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.

Dispatch Security and Maintenance personnel from portable radio system.

Work with KIPSU text concierge program, respond to guest's inquiries according to program guidelines.

Generate a variety of weekly reports by accessing appropriate information to provide the Guest Services Supervisor with up-to-date status.
