Automotive Drive Thru Attendant - Part Time

Adecco is currently hiring for a long term, part-time (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) Drive Thru Attendant in North York, ON to work for our client, Porsche, a world-class company? • Shifts: Day Shift, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Job type: Temporary, 1 year with possibility of extension
• Location: North York, ON
• Pay rate: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner
• Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
• Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client
• Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off
• Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brand
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required
• Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract/CVOR
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
• Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision
