Your experience and skills include:

Monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold product, preparing and maintaining food offerings and the Fairmont Gold honour bar

Service focused personality is essential with excellent guest service and team skills

Previous food handling and guest service experience is required

Completion of Food Safe certification and Serving It Right certification required

With high integrity, provides a 5 diamond/5 star experience to guests and provides Shangri-La hospitality from caring people.

Assist other Colleagues in Housekeeping, as requested and undertakes other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required.

Operational Knowledge -Learn and follow Shangri-La deliverables, Shangri-La Toronto and Housekeeping service standards, programs, policies and procedures.

Ethical and professional conduct - Fulfills responsibilities with highest integrity.

Minimum 2 years previous work experience in a similar capacity

Ensure compliance to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and practices.
