Be familiar with current hospital personnel policies and procedures and have knowledge of their purpose and intent.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the diagnostic imaging field required

Operational functions for designated areas of the department.

Assist the Director with preparation and follow-up of capital expenditures, operating and personnel budgets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and change requests.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Five years of experience in health care management, including administration of policies and procedures, with relevant clinical practice with target populations

Demonstrated experience in dealing effectively with internal partners such as senior management, departmental managers and professional practice leaders and external partners

Experience in project management an asset

Experience in supervision of interprofessional teams within a unionized environment

Manages annual portfolio expenditures within budget and submits budget reports as required, approving operating and capital expenditures within authorized limits
