Junior Business Analyst / Full Time (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Analyze business data and create reports to inform decision-making

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with project management and project coordination
• Provide support to senior analysts and other members of the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
• Ability to work with large datasets and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
