Full Time / Virtual Account Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Virtual Account Manager. As a Virtual Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to maintain and grow our client base, as well as ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement
• Create and deliver presentations to clients to communicate account performance and growth opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts
• Develop and maintain client account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
• Understand clients' needs and requirements to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of sales and account management principles is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
