Full Time / Business Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with various departments to gather and analyze data, identify business needs, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency. This is a remote position based in Canada, offering flexible hours and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems
• Assist with the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
• Participate in project planning and execution
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Provide support for data-related projects, including data validation and testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
