Finance And Program Administration Clerk Jobs in Ontario

A post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or office administration is preferred

Bookkeeping experience is an asset, but not required

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Completing all accounts receivable tasks

Post-Secondary education is required in a related discipline such as Finance or Accounting

A minimum of two to three (2-3) years of previous work experience in finance

Manages outstanding accounts and negotiates payment plans when necessary;

Effective communication skills are required as successful candidate will frequently communicate with patients and families

Reviews, prepares and processes complicated accounts, billing, invoices, incoming payments and receipts in a timely manner;

Prepares complex invoices and response to any related inquires;

·Manage office contractors and other suppliers for phone, internet, security, cleaning, and waste management services.

·Data entry into account system (Sage50)

·A post-secondary degree or diploma in Office Administration or Finance is strongly preferred.

·2+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a not-for-profit environment

·Experience with payment processing systems and online registration systems

·Experience with Sage 50 Accounting is an asset.

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Work directly with provincial and federal funding agencies to manage relationships, complete applications, and secure funding

Three to five years of experience in a similar role

Three to five years of experience in bookkeeping

Assistance in preparing financial reports

Completion of monthly claims to government agencies
