Provide training for new cashiers and courtesy clerks in all job related areas.

Confer with customers and/or supervising personnel to keep them informed, proactively address situational requirements, and resolve problems.

Previous experience working in a Third-Party Logistics industry is preferred

Knowledge of Canadian or America road regulations is considered an assett

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm

Previous experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role is preferred.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Manage and support B2B clients, building strong relationships, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer issues and project challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Certification in facility management or equivalent

3 years' experience in facility management

Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site-based schedule as agreed with upper management

Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement

Account dedicated People & Culture, HSE, and Finance

2 years Janitorial leadership experience

Be a dynamic, organized, versatile person who has good stress management

Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field
