Facility Customer Service Coordinator Jobs in British Columbia

· Knowledge of or experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, preferably SAGE

· Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

· Setting up new customers into the CRM system including data entry, order taking, shipping quotes/issues

· A minimum of 3 years’ customer service support, order entry, and administrative experience

· Superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

· Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

Act as Liaison between our customers & sales team and warehouse & delivery teams.

Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.

Coordinate the entry and release of orders to the warehouse.

Assign orders to the appropriate delivery route.

Qualifications, Job Function, Technical Knowledge And Skills

Monitor changes within the operations department to effectively communicate information to external and internal stakeholders, including foremen, checkers, shift-managers, and management.

Coordinate damages with customers, shift-managers, and the claim department and coordinate with government agencies holds and inspections.

A minimum of 3 years’ Customer Service experience; experience in an operations or logistics environment is an asset.

Strong written and verbal skills communication skills

2 years’ Counter Agent experience, with gradual increase in responsibilities is an asset

Track passenger counts for monthly airport submission and review with General Manager

Attend airport meetings with General Manager

Meet with local General Manager to discuss employees or operational challenges

Previous experience managing/ building a schedule would be an asset

Check for updates from OCC and report to the proper airport authorities

Knowledge of and familiarity with a computerized maintenance management system is an asset.

Experience with parking enforcement, road safety and/or traffic management (flagging) an asset

Refrigeraton Safety Awareness education and/or certification an asset

Exceptional detail and customer service skills

Knowledge and ability of the cleaning methods, materials, tools and equipment used in janitorial work

Knowledge of routine building and equipment maintenance, and minor repair tasks

Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, and sales.

Detail oriented with excellent time management skills, and the ability to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Creates and issues Facility Rental Agreements and collect appropriate rental insurance requirements.

Sound knowledge of clerical and record keeping procedures (contract filing, insurance records, processing payments, etc.)

Experience working with the PerfectMind registration software is desirable.
