Guide, motivate, and develop less experienced team members to reach their potential.

2 to 5 years of experience in managing unionized personnel as a production supervisor or equivalent experience.

Proven experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)

Knowledge of Excel / Word / PowerPoint.

Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.

Order Processing: Work closely with scheduler and day shift supervisor to track and prioritized planned orders

Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment associates, ensuring their continuous growth and development.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and quality control.

Experience / education / skills

Produce or complete the necessary administrative forms: HR, quality management, etc.

Technical in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment as a supervisor.

Technical knowledge in industrial mechanics and / or electromechanics and instrumentation, an asset.

Experience in a unionized environment an asset.

Computer skills - Office Suite, especially Excel.
