Manage all night & overnight operation of the warehouse.

5 years' of warehouse experience

Minimum of 3 years of Managing experience

Experience in working evening shift is a plus

Overseeing returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.

Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.

Order Processing: Work closely with scheduler and day shift supervisor to track and prioritized planned orders

Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment associates, ensuring their continuous growth and development.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and quality control.

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, including the ability to give directions, converse with customers.

Highly flexible, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry.

Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of trends in the food industry.

Experience / education / skills

Produce or complete the necessary administrative forms: HR, quality management, etc.

Technical in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment as a supervisor.

Technical knowledge in industrial mechanics and / or electromechanics and instrumentation, an asset.

Experience in a unionized environment an asset.

Computer skills - Office Suite, especially Excel.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Office administration duties for facility

Responsible for the processing of attendant paperwork
