3+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting

Experience concepting/designing branded content for social campaigns

Translate concepts into fully built out systems of assets for multiple mediums and social platforms by incorporating contemporary design solutions

Explain concepts internally for feedback and direction from Associate Creative Directors, Strategy and Accounts teams

Present concepts to clients for feedback and approval in a compelling and confident way

Oversee visual work consistently throughout a project to ensure it is cohesive and adheres to brand guidelines

Strong verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizing abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code is a must, and familiarity with international standards is advantageous.

Construction site service experience & working directly with client is required.

Ensure that engineering deliverables (e.g., drawings, specifications, analysis, budget estimates) comply with applicable regulations, standards, corporate procedures, and sound engineering practices.

Ensure design work interfaces with that of other disciplines.

Recommend changes in plans and specify estimated costs.

5 to12 years of relevant experience

Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents such as reports, specifications, studies, plans, and instructions

Experience with design deliverables such as single line diagrams, layouts, elevations, material lists, cable and termination schedules, etc

Minimum 5 years post graduate professional experience in the industry (minimum 2 years local experience a must).

Good knowledge in all aspects of design development, Development and Building Permit submissions and preparation of contract drawings and documents.

Good knowledge of local building codes and bylaws.

Experience in a variety of project types.

Experience in a variety of construction systems including wood frame, concrete and steel.

Experience in 3D Visualization an asset.

Experience with AutoCAD and Revit

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

P. Eng. designation is an asset

5 + years of urban design experience;

Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills;

Proficiency in graphic tools including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit. Experience with GIS, Rhino and MicroStation an additional asset.

Masters Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design;

Professional Registration or working towards with AIBC/OAA, BCSLA/OALA or RPP/PIBC or equivalent an asset;

Experience using AutoCAD Electrical and proficient in Microsoft Office

Post-secondary degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience

Electrical design utilizing AutoCAD Electrical.

Applying Canadian Electrical Code, NEC and EN 60204 CE standards.

Purchase electrical hardware, interface with suppliers to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions and sort through options to procure required parts.
