They may also be required to load and unload goods, as well as perform basic maintenance on the vehicle. Driver Labourers must have a valid driver’s license and be physically fit. How To Become an Driver Labourer: To become a Driver Labourer, you must have a valid driver’s license and be physically fit. You may also need to complete a safety training course and pass a background check. Driver Labourer Skills: Good driving skills, physical fitness, knowledge of safety regulations, ability to lift heavy objects, good communication skills, and attention to detail. Driver Labourer Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and loading and unloading techniques.
