Coordinate product flow to the sales floor and assist & collaborate with fellow Associates with the placement of product when required.

Receive, sort and organize different types of ferrous metals

Properly weigh and track the material

Processes and compiles information from databases to meet audit requirements, and for provincial and federal reporting for the Foundation.

Maintains records of donor recognition according to the Donor Recognition Policy to ensure appropriate acknowledgements are provided.

Reconciles cash receipts, prepares journal entries and payment vouchers.

Prepares fund reports for donors.

Liaises with Payroll Department regarding payroll deductions for donations. Reconciles bi-weekly payroll deduction reports in Raiser’s Edge.

Cross-trains Division Assistant on updating Raiser’s Edge, receiving donations, producing receipts, and completing bank deposits. Cross-trains other department colleagues as needed.

Disposal Management: Skills in coordinating the disposal of surplus property, including compliance with disposal regulations.

Minimum 5+ years of working experience in warehouse operations and materials management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Accurately record all material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers, in the materials management system.

Personal Computer Skills: Proficiency in using personal computers for data entry, accessing information, and generating reports.

Records Retention: Ability to manage records retention in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Intermediate knowledge in either French or English.

Reach truck experience is a must.

Basic experience with computers is an asset.

Unload, sort and move goods by hand or with handling equipment.

Review the content of the loads to see if they match the records and verify the accuracy.

Ensure that all goods are properly placed in the warehouse.
