Overview The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This position requires a combination of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to ensure that the company’s products and services are meeting the needs of the customer. The Director of Strategic Accounts must be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Detailed Job Description The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This includes identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales and profitability. The Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and providing customer service. The Director of Strategic Accounts will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and analyzing customer data. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
