Dealer Relations Manager Jobs

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce, SAP and CRM experience an asset.

Coordinate, manage, and escalate dealer support tickets for DRMs and follow up to ensure timely completion and resolution of original ticket.

Two years professional experience – administrative sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.

Experience working with CRM tools, Salesforce and are at ease with technology.

Experience in a high-volume client support or onboarding role preferred.

Experience working in a software or automotive retail environment is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint.

Manages, develops, and implements the organization’s state legislative portfolio and state legislative relationships.

Manages processes and programs to increase student engagement in committee hearings, bill testimony, and other legislative and budget advocacy related work.

Manages and develops communication strategies on relevant legislative topics.

Manages special student actions, events, and legislative training.

ØPost Secondary / University degree in Sales Management and relevant training in principles of Sales.

ØKnowledge of the Canadian dealer base, experience with Retail sales an asset

ØStrong IT skills good knowledge of excel and IT.

ØMin.5 years of experience in the Wireless product distribution specifically with Cellphones and accessories distributors

ØKnowledge of foreign languages an asset

ØDemonstrate personal leadership skills as well as solution oriented.

Bachelors’ degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field

S/he brings best practice knowledge of the product into the client organization to support the company’s value proposition to its dealerships

Participation in RAM Meetings, Best Practices (Playbooks) and overall skill development exercises

3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment

Significant experience working with CRM tools and are at ease with technology

Responsible for Virtual Support of our Incentive Advantage or Tier A Products for a portfolio of dealerships throughout the US

Experience in digital community management and virtual events production

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including experience in digital communications creation and/or execution and knowledge of Mailchimp (an asset)

Collaborate with prospect management and stewardship teams to sustain fundraising momentum and achieve objectives

Lead the creation of new digital engagement and member community management tools

Manage RPC and YPC Ambassadors and support AVP with management of YPC Committee and RPC Advisory Council

Manage renewal campaigns and secure YPC, DPC, and RPC renewals and pledges to meet annual fundraising targets

Working experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Completion of 3 years of post-secondary education - or equivalent experience

Provide inside support to Dealers, Dealer Relations Managers and Manager of Dealer Relations.

Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulation changes.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Post-secondary degree in public administration, Indigenous studies, environmental studies, resource management, or a related field, plus minimum five years of experience

Strong budget management/forecasting; human resource skills including planning; and the ability to develop workplans

Develop and manage workplans, budgets, and reporting requirements

Oversee management of Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator

A knowledgeable manager who understands BC First Nations relations and environmental issues

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and government relations

Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, & problem-solving skills

Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide feedback to the CDS Sales Manager, Canada.

Work with Regional Operations Manager and General Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers.

Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience recommended

Must have excellent negotiation & closing skills

Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, & problem-solving skills
