Meeting with our team and/or our clients to define the company's HR issues, goals, and requirements.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar.

Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Depending on the needs of our clients, your responsibilities may include:

Excellent computer skills and experience with ATS, Payroll, and HR management software.

Meeting with our team and/or our clients to define the company's HR issues, goals, and requirements.

Depending on the needs of our clients, your responsibilities may include:

Experience completing five projects/staffing processes in which:

Develop a Statement of Merit Criteria (SoMC) or review the existing SoMC to support creation of a poster by HR;

Develop a work plan and definition of deliverables;

Provide advice in regards to appropriate sequencing and application of merit criteria;

Create a master rating guide and relevant marking grids;

Develop and prepare assessment tools, guides and materials;

HR education and/or equivalent experience

10+ years of progressively senior HR experience, at least 3 of which are at the director level

An HR subject matter expert with a diverse breadth of knowledge

Solid communication and writing skills

Full – time, Contract, Remote

Have a strong spirit of alliance, working as one team, supporting, celebrating, cherishing, and challenging one another

Must possess social benefits knowledge or experience

It maintains the human resources personnel system and the benefits programs.

High level of knowledge in the use of Word and Excel

Demonstrates superior communication skills – written and oral

Must possess excellent grammar skills

This position is primarily responsible of providing support to the employees and supervisors in all Human Resources aspects of the department.

Experience with succession planning and talent management

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Relations or a related discipline.

Comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices that guide effective HR management and development

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal

Strong negotiation skills, enabling the ability to effectively advocate for the needs of the HR team and the organization
